Return Eligibility

Standard Parts Purchased from Our Website

  • You may return parts purchased on www.mmpwaste.com within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unopened
    • Not installed
    • In original packaging

Special Order Parts

  • Special order parts are non-returnable. Once ordered, these items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us

  • Please email us at info@mmpwaste.com or call (410) 999-4264 to request a return authorization.
  • Include your order number, the part name/number, and the reason for return.

Return Authorization

  • Once your return request is approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number with instructions on how and where to ship your return.

Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for processing — depending on your bank it may take several days for the credit to appear on your account.
  • Exchanges: If you’re exchanging items for the same product, inventory availability may apply. For exchanges of a different part, we recommend placing a new order first before returning the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Parts that have been installed
  • Parts that have been opened
  • Special order parts (custom ordered parts)

Damages & Defects

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Contact us immediately with photos and order details.
  • Defective or incorrect items may be eligible for a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
